The Farm2Fork philosophy promotes eating locally produced nutrient laden foods and therefore enables shortening of supply chains, reducing of carbon footprints, and enhancing the quality, flavor, and nutritional value of your meals.
To this end, we partner with local farmers, chefs, wineries, restaurants, and other local enterprises to help raise awareness on regenerative farming and organic, no-waste food production and to promote sustainable local business-to-business market connections towards healthy outcomes for all.

The Farm2Fork Exchange is an event organized and facilitated by Hoekkraaltjie Farm.
During the half- / full-day events, various producers, wineries, chefs and food entrepreneurs come together to share, educate and of course - offer to taste!
The purpose of the day is to teach students various aspects of sustainability in food production and farming and to give them a taste of life on the farm.
